Custom & Personalised Orders

For custom or personalised products, customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including:

Thread Tech Aus is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

Where required, we may contact you to confirm details before beginning production. Production times may vary depending on the complexity of the design and current workload.

Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete.

Payment must be received in full before production begins unless otherwise agreed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where necessary, including due to unavailable materials, errors in pricing or product information, or circumstances outside our control.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change at any time; however, changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid for.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates only and may vary depending on production times, shipping providers, and destination.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Thread Tech Aus is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or circumstances outside our control.

Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, embroidery files, photographs, website content, branding, and materials created by Thread Tech Aus remain the intellectual property of Thread Tech Aus unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing a physical embroidered item does not transfer ownership of the underlying design or artwork.

Our designs may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, digitised, resold, or used commercially without written permission.

You agree not to misuse this website or attempt to interfere with its operation, security, or functionality.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Thread Tech Aus will not be liable for indirect losses, delays, or damages resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
