I create custom embroidered pieces including jumpers, hoodies and other apparel. Each item is made to order with your chosen design, colours and personal touches.

Can I send my own design, logo or idea?

Yes! If you have a specific design, logo, artwork or idea you’d like embroidered, send it through the custom enquiry form. I’ll review your request and let you know what’s possible, along with any recommendations for the best embroidery result.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Because every piece is individually embroidered, please allow 2 weeks for production and delivery. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact me before ordering and I’ll do my best to help.

Can I request a custom design?

Absolutely! I love creating unique pieces. Send through your ideas, inspiration, colours or reference images through the custom enquiry form and I’ll help bring your idea to life.

What embroidery machine do you use?

All pieces are professionally embroidered using a multi-needle embroidery machine to ensure high-quality stitching and a durable finish.

Will my embroidery last?

Yes! Embroidery is a long-lasting way to personalise clothing. To keep your piece looking its best, wash inside out on a gentle cycle and avoid harsh detergents or high heat.

Can I choose my own colours?

Yes! Many designs can be customised with your preferred thread and fabric colours. If you’re unsure, I’m always happy to help choose a combination that works well.

Do you offer different garment colours and sizes?

Yes! Available garment options vary depending on the product. If you have a specific colour, size or style in mind, feel free to reach out and I’ll confirm availability.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

As each item is made specifically for you, custom embroidered pieces cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a fault with the item. Please check sizing carefully before ordering.

Do you offer digital embroidery files?

Yes! I also create machine embroidery designs available as digital files on Etsy. These are delivered as downloadable files and are compatible with most home embroidery machines. If you are interested in purchasing these files, please contact me!
