When do new collections launch?

New collections are released in limited launches throughout the year. Follow us on Instagram or join the mailing list to be the first to know about upcoming drops, launch dates and restocks.

Are your pieces made to order?

Yes! Our pieces are embroidered to order, which means we don’t mass-produce everything in advance. This also means your order may take a little longer to ship — but it’s made especially for you.

Will collections be restocked?

Some may be, some may not! Our launches are intentionally limited, so if you see something you love, we recommend grabbing it while it’s available. Restocks will always be announced on Instagram and/or via email.

Where are your products made?

Thread Tech Aus is proudly Australian-owned, designed in Sydney and embroidered right here in Australia.

How long will my order take?

Because your piece is embroidered to order, please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be made before it ships. During launches, processing times may be slightly longer due to the volume of orders.

Do you ship Australia-wide?

Yes! We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because our pieces are made to order, we’re unable to guarantee changes or cancellations once your order has been placed. If you’ve made a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll see what we can do.

What size should I get?

Each product has its own sizing information, so we recommend checking the size guide on the individual product page before ordering. If you’re between sizes, check the garment measurements rather than relying on your usual size.

How do I hear about new launches?

The best place is Instagram. You can also join our mailing list for first dibs on launch dates, new collections, restocks and other Thread Tech Aus news.

I missed out on something — will you bring it back?

Maybe 👀 We love hearing what you want to see again. If a sold-out piece gets enough love, we may bring it back for a future launch — but we make no promises!
